I figured out the reason PKHeX wasn't working! I wasn't importing the save file lol!
And on a side note, the legaility checker from PKHeX is saying that my 3DS region and subregion don't match. I noticed this same thing when i used the legality checker in X & Y and ORAS, my subregion is a city in the U.S while my 3DS region is in Japan. I bought my 3DS here in the U.S and my system setting version has a U at the end signifying its from the U.S. Any ideas on why the regions dont match?
