I was wondering about that... I couldn't find any guides on using a flex cable so I just put it on lol

Speaking of not having a guide- which points do I even solder?
cz this is picofly thread, we mosfet direct solder is majority here. Search for hwfly flex guide if necessary

I found a guide for the picofly in general, but not the hwfly cable. I know where to solder the mosfets but I don't know the traces of the cable, if I should solder the pads to the frame, if I should solder on both sides of the caps, etc. (I've been using the "definitive picofly install guide")

Hi everyone! I'm installing the picofly right now and i have some questions. my switch is a v2 HAC-001 (-01) and I wanted to use the solder points on the emmc board instead of the ones on the motherboard as described by the official guide.
Looking carefully and more closely at the switch, now that I've opened it, I think they're simpler to solder.

Are there any pros and cons to this method?

No pros, no cons, all the points mentioned in the guide are good to go, just use the ones that feel more easy to solder and you can mix and match as you wish.

i removed the chip for a friend. Initialized it. but when she connected to eshop it got banned. I do not know how she used it. is there a way to clean a cfw switch for eshop?

Having a weird issue with a picofly installed on a lite where there is major stick drift in hekate. Basically the arrow moves by itself from left to right all the way across the screen. Doesn't happen in OFW or Atmosphere, just in the hekate menu. First time I've seen this issue and wondering if anyone else has as well?

Thats normal. It happens because in HekAte the analog deadzone is so low .. its higher on the HOS so it doesnt register as movement in it. Once it drifts on HOS then at that time you need to replace the joycon analog.

Any problems with the front MB mosfet mounting so far? Im going to finish a V1 , 1 mosfet, 0.1 enameled wire tomorrow. hope it will work and there will be no problems in the long run.

Nintendo has blacklisted the console's serial. Under no circumstances is it revocable. But even if it wasn't banned, what do you think you're doing with a modified console? Go to the eShop? You can only do this if the console is not banned and you use the original mode, then using your legitimate games

You can go online with a chipped/modded system, just as long as you don't install nsps or do something dumb like change your icon to something not possible with a stock system.

Or cheat in some online games for that matter

Could anyone help me troubleshoot this please? I'm colorblind and I don't know what's happening, thank you

Edit: I don't have an sd card setup yet

Guess it's a good thing the color of the flashes don't matter then, isn't it? But you would have known that already had you read the guide...
