Okey will do. But now my OLED won't turn on even after removing Picoflly. I kept the wire and flex cable. But it gives me black screen. Is it dead?

looks like you have damaged eMMC / one of its traces, that is why you were getting a purple light

May I ask everyone, when the picofly v2.64 is first powered on, the LED will flash for a long time before displaying "NO SD CARD". What is picofly doing at this time? Has any data been written to NAND? If so, how can it be recovered? And is this step the same for all models?

it's the same everywhere, you can read spacecraft-nx sources to get some ideas how it's done

- write BCT & sdloader onto the eMMC BOOT0 partition (white light)
- bruteforce glitch offset trying to bypass CPU security (blue light, takes longer, since no statistics yet)
- next boot try successful saved offsets first

not recommended for now. no RGB LED, need to cut in half, precise soldering, etc
better to find smaller board with RGB LED like zero, xiao, or itsybitsy

If you are not a developer, why do you care about Raspberry Pi Pico?
It is very large and difficult to fit into a switch.

Thank you for your generosity and investing your time to satisfy everybody's need.

People should be more conscious of the fact that a month ago, if they wanted to mod a switch, they needed to pay much more and wait much longer to get the chip (and hope that sh*t works). With your recent development there're the alternative boards that FIT inside the Switch and WORK, though I imagine that these questions about board X with sh*tty attitudes will never stop popping around.

Availability and price are no different from zero.
However, the size is completely different.
PICO is too big to fit in a switch.
Even the zero will not fit on the switch without removing the buttons and usb.

In the UK market, the Pico is £4 and readily in stock.
The RP2040-Zero is only available on eBay at about £7 each.

The time for free shipping is around 2weeks.

my switch oled has picofly installed 2.5 firmware and perfectly fine yesterday . but today my screen is turning off but it has a sound when i touch the screen, i tried to force shutdown and power on again but when in home menu the screen will turn off again but has a sound. is this related to picofly?

Probably the LCD flat cable not fully inserted or a damaged connector.
What happens if you power it on without the SD card?
