If it's still not done I'll do it after work
some one cut all the metal back-plate and the back case of the switch, obviously will no work for long time, but...

I don't understand this on the faq

Q: Need resistors?
A: SysNAND will not work. Line interference. Only emuMMC.

So we have to put resistor or not ?
you have to, they are required for SysNAND to properly work.
But if you can't find them no matter what, there is an option to use emuMMC instead.

Congrats to everyone on this thread and @rehius @flynnsmt4 @vittorio I know this isn't everyone who contributed but most of the main names I've seen ( and @binkinator for EVERY right answer. :D )

Hope to see chip costs crash harder than those BT audio adapters after bluetooth got enabled on switch.

CHEERS! :grog::grog::grog:

What's with this 470 ohm resistor? Some using no resistors, some sayin 400 and some 450 . And this wool. net just posted saying it requires 47 ohm..
the number 470 on the resistor means 47 ohms, the two first digits are the value the last digit is the number of zeros on the multiplier (when the number have 3 digits)

0805 1% or 5%? is it 470R or 470K?

I know the thread have 100+ pages, but this exactly question was answered on the last two pages twice. please read the important post and at least the last pages of the thread. ;)

It doesn't need to be terribly specific, it just helps lower the interference on the eMMC lines so it can be read (seems to only be an issue once it switches to high speed communication) any 47 ish ohm resistor should work just fine. Mine were 0603 5%

I was going to buy 5 hwfly today, but I just heard this news. Would it be better to wait without buying it now? And when I looked it up more, I heard that the back plate cannot be closed if the pico is installed. is this true?
Which direction would be good? Wait for detailing pico chip? or directly buy hwfly? .. Guys, give me some direction.

if you're garbage at soldering don't even try it. It can't be updated without disassembling the Switch yet anyway, and needs USB and buttons removed to fit.

Everyone did a fantastic job! You are part of the switch modding history now!
Now I need to figure out where to get that ribbon cable
Aliexpress

So what is the shopping list for this?
All models:
Rp2040 zero
47 ohm smd resistors
Wire

Choose 1) all models:
Hwfly cpu flex cable
OR
Mosfet

Oled:
Dat0 adaptor
