then u havent connected ur cable properly to the caps
blue then cyan is a issue with cpu cable/mosfett
I've retouched the caps for better connection and the connection are solid.
I don't know what to do else.
Can it be the mosfets are bad?

Tried with RP2040-zero on my Switch Lite. Stable work for a week now, no issues.
Works well with 47R resistors (samsung emmc) and IRFH3707 mosfets. Two mosfets set in parallel and soldering to two capacitors on CPU. With a single mosfet there was cyan light all the way. I guess any comparable mosfets (8-10 amps and low voltage gate) should work if you cant find OG's.

Also, anyone knows better point to get 3v3 on switch lite? Point on small cap under flex conn is pain.

maybe mosfet maybe broken flex cable , take a multimeter and see if u have continuity on the trace going from the mosfets s to the caps and g to the pin 3/4 and D to ground on the caps

check ur cable going from rp to pin 3 and for , are u sure u solderd it to the right point on the raspi ?

I've disconnected the flex and checked the flex. The continuety is there up to the mosfet. No problem there.

Are you using 1 mosfet ? Or 2?
I'm using a felx cable form the hwfly v2 flex and has 2 mosfets

ok, looks like auto hos power off is not working in 2.6 alpha, will fix that later
extrange, it seems to be working in my case.... powering off from hos few seconds it glitches again, but maybe the gren led light is a little bit weak but goes it off correctly

Thaks for your amazing work

Well at this price I've bit the bullet on behalf of my partner and purchased this at a mere £22

Certainly hope we've done the right thing

The price seems very fair in my very humble opinion

It is nice to see it is getting cheaper and cheaper.

Had problems with those cheap CPU flex in the past, the transistors were poorly soldered, on not soldered at all for some points. You should check the continuity not only for the Gate connection (coming from Pico to the transistor), but as well for Drain and Source of each MOSFET --> the continuity should be good from MOSFET pin up to the point on the flex where you solder them to the caps.

I had the NP2016 on my flex, so I imagine it's the same as yours. If so, here's a pinout for you:
