Does anyone actually know how to get the physical copy of this game working on GEN D3 5.50?

Only with Prometheus only the ISO is fixed then it shoul work on GEN-D3.

if you mean Original UMD i think you need Prometheus if its a ISO then download the hacked one that should be already for Download for GEN-D3 or M33 which works for both.

XD Now my problem with this game is... it's too free. I'm not sure if I'm doing fine with balancing my time with exploring Tartarus and pumping up my skills. So... what's your schedule like?

I usually pick one night randomly and go into a Tartarus-exploring spree. The other days I try to level up my stats or social links and complete the remaining quests for Theodore. Well that's what I've been doing so far, but I just restarted on MANIAC mode, not sure if it will allow me to do things so simply.

then yes Download Prometheus and install it on 5.50 GEN-D3 and it should work.

I would reccomend ripping the UMD (instructions here, a few posts down: http://www.pspcrazy.com/forums/overall-psp...psp-games.html), installing prometheus (yes, it's a new firmware install, but it takes only 2 seconds, and can be run as a homebrew from D3), and playing the game.

I think I'll undub it, english voices are irritating right from the start.
Though, I don't have all the tools yet, and don't know how to use them. I'll google them.

I didn't know how to use them beforehand too, it's quite easy.
And I can confirm it's not 100% undubbed, I heard one short line in english during a combat but I have at least something like 99% of it done I'd say.
I won't try to find the voice file I missed too much a hassle for such a tiny thing

I'm ok with the English voices. I'm happy I went and updated to Prometheus as mine is working perfectly in compressed CSO form

the only freeze I've run into so far is if I flipped the psp into sleep mode and then came out of it, the game would randomly freeze shortly after that.

I like this game, its alot of fun, and stayed almost true to the original, ALMOST, because when you weren't in the tartarus, you moved your character, not a blue ball-cursor thing. but i prefer the cursor thing, don't know why.

Actually, SMT games invented the "catch'em all" thing. Pokemon came years after the first SMT game came out.

Well to be fair, you can never really "catch" them all in SMT games because there's usually some sort of limit to how many demons/personas you can hold and/or store, unlike Pokémon where you can store them in boxes that have way too many spaces

Also, MANIAC is really hard! I spent a big part of the afternoon trying to beat the Dancing Hands, I could only beat them due to a critical hit at the right time

NG+ doesn't really matter if you're gonna play on MANIAC, as nothing transfers in it, that's why I re-started on it

. I plan on beating it with MShe and the with MC on MANIAC.
