To People Who Pirate or Couldnt buy the game or whatever Persona 3 its out on PSN and out on the Uploading site i wont Tell you where but now that its out Enjoy trying to find it ^^

Downloading at the moment although I'll probably have to wait for a patched version. Not gonna bother with the Prometheus firmware if people are just gonna patch the game with the Prometheus method anyway.

Actually, my download site says it's confirmed working on Gen D3, it must already be patched.

I tried it with Peace Walker and the game wouldn't even load. Maybe I'm just bad. Anyway, patched versions crop up almost instantly, and I'm not an Eager McBeaver most of the time. I did use a R4 (this was before Wood R4) and disc loading for my Wii/DS piracy a while ago, and those were the inferior options. I've had to wait my fair share for good games

So I'm actually planning on buying this game. Thing is, I don't want all my homebrew and "backups" to be useless. Is there any way I can bypass the 6.20 update on the UMD? My PSP is already at FW Prometheus 5.50.

Hmm I patched Peace Walker myself and it worked. Well, like you said, patched versions pop-up quickly so you're not losing anything

@DeepFriedAsian, it should work without any hassle since Prometheus FW removes all the patching, so you should be able to play it just by putting in the UMD.

I'm downloading my copy as we speak and... How can you tell if Prometheus has been installed? My system info still says 5.03 GEN C (full). o.o

Actually people only shoot themselves in this Persona, on 1, 2 and 4 they don't. They still deal with some pretty... unusual topics, however.
So yes you can start here, keep in mind that it is a very long game, very. VERY.

Yep. Each Persona game has it's own story. There's a few references to other games scattered here and there, but nothing story-wise.

It's worth it, but not everyone has the time for a game like this. I alredy said this on another thread but I'll say it here again, my first playthrough of Persona 3 on PS2 took me 75 hours, and I didn't do everything.
