It can be done already, but through a process that is rather painful. I'm curious if a Homebrew application or payload would be capable of dumping title keys legally, to extract our legally created dumps? My apologies if this is a noobish question. I'm not the most knowledgeable with this subject.

It's legal as long as you don't distribute it....... (Actually it depends on where you live)
