Hacking Patching ios60

I am very new to nodding and have just softmodded my wii using the technique from

(didn't install preloader)

now what I want to do is patch the ios60 so that I can play wiiware and vc games from the sd slot. Is it ok if I just do this with trucha bug restorer? Will I mess my wii up?

so you patch ios60 with the trucha bug using dop-ios and your good.

I used DOP and still game don't work from my SD Card. Please tell me which option in DOP i must use. Maybe i something do wrong? I have Preloader maybe that is problem? i patched to follow insteuction:
Run Dop-IOS v7
Press right until you see IOS60.
Press A to select yes for everything.
Let it install, restart your Wii.

Have your VC titles been changed in any way after they were installed on the wii? Say for example the Custom nand loader? if they have then they will never work from SD menu. You will have to install a clean and fresh version of the game and then it should work.
