Hacking PastaCFW and General CFW Question

I'm trying to get the best out of my O3DS on 9.2. I already have CtrBootManager with rxTools and HomeMenuHax. I'd like to add more CFW options. What CFW can I use?

Also, I have PastaCFW 1.3 Beta 7 on my 3DS but it won't boot up at all. I've tried accessing it through CtrBootManager, HomeMenuHax and the HBLauncher CIA. All that comes up is a black screen. How can I get PastaCFW set up properly?

Use miniPasta - Note this will put you into Sysnand.
It has 2 uses installing legit CIA's to sysnand and running Sysupdater to upgrade/downgrade.

No mini pasta is a lightweight version of Pasta CFW 1.3. beta7 that does not use firmlaunch

Oh, what would the latest version be? I thought 1.3 Beta 7 was the latest lol. I'll take whatever I can get with this one though, I'm just OCD.
