Hacking Partioning errors

Hey guys.

So ive tried several different loaders for my soft modded Wii and with each one I get a similar problem.

On USBloader GX it can't find my hard drive at all no matter what i do (cIOS 249)

On configurable USB loader it finds an external drive but tells me to create a WBFS partition and when i hit "select partition" it shows 4 partitions labeled as "unused" and i can't do anything

On coverfloader and Wiiflow they crash my wii on use.


Hopefully this can be fixed because I dont have a DVD burner to burn games right now and this is getting frustrating =S

What type of drive is it?
What is it formatted too, also, what happens if you format it as wbfs on your computer and than try too use it on your wii?

Check that it is partitioned with one or more MBR partitions.
"No Partitioning" or other Systems such as GPT wont work with Loaders
even if they do work on PCs or other devices.
