I'm not a huge fan of dating sims, but I've always wanted to contribute to a translation project. Do you still need proofreaders? Unfortunately I don't speak Japanese.

[Upd]: Beta-testing period is now over, Thank you for the feedback! All the finished script files are under the proofreading process so we withdrew everything from public view, updated the first post with % information for all the simultaneously tasks that are happening right now so people will know where we're at. The 'Download' section will return again after proofreading is completed and the rest of the required hacking tools are available to us so we'll have more material prepared to test & share, thank you for the understanding.

If you were part of the beta-testing and own an inferior patch version : patch files were meant for personal use/beta-testing, please do not mirror, upload or pass around a patched rom version that might cause a lot of problems for us and confusion for users.

Thank you for offering to help!^__^
ATM we'd mostly favour people with basic Japanese knowledge (the ability to read the Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji alphabets) to help decipher the graphic files and type out their raw Japanese text output in our list so the translators can do a faster/easier job when they're translating them without having to first extract the Japanese text from each and every single image file every time. (They're quite a lot and doing both tasks is quite a process.)

But we could always use the help of people without Japanese skills for tasks like editing the graphics with their translation, fishing out grammar or text errors in the English translated scripts, etc. I will add your name in our contact list and let you know when an opening for such a proofreading task might come up.

I don't have Japanese skills either but I'm confident in my English knowledge. You can add my name to that list Dgrin also.

So, is there any news regarding injecting the new translated graphics yet?[

Right now the finished LP2NLP+ scripts are being checked, corrected and verified against the Japanese scripts one last time, some of the additional file parts are being translated by member translator Jaslyn and the graphics files are being processed by a team of members but there hasn't been any news in tool development since we're waiting for someone with that skill set to join the project.

Well, Im glad the project moving along nicely. I can only hope we get someone to make some tools soon.

Team member froid_san has now figured out a manual method of injecting edited files back into the img.bin file and we were able to do our first few successfully testings... We now need someone with code knowledge and tool developing skills to create a tool for the img.bin patching method based on froid_san's findings, anyone who would like to help with this task contact here or @Skype:LovePlusProject.

All our hacking issues have now been solved. As I mentioned before member froid-chan has found a method to manually inject the project's edited files back into the img.bin, we're now waiting for someone to approach us and use that knowledge to create an img.bin patching tool so we can start editing some of the files that exist inside the img.bin file with their translations. Member deaknaew also solved the issue concerning the *.trb files. Turns out that the game was redirecting to hidden copies of the *.trb files that could not be reached or edited with a translation hence why we weren't getting any results after editing the files, we were able to direct it back to our \SystemData\TextResource\ files by modding the code.bin file and we're now making new HANS, NTR, 3DS & CIA plugins that will make our files the dominant batch. The 28% 'LP2NLP+' scripts that impeio92, Keimeow integrated from jjjewel team's project are slowly but steadily being verified/corrected/proofread and member Jaslyn finished translating all the 'Strings' & 'Stringu' files of the game. The graphics translation team: eyenight, Jaslyn, Karuta, Bango are almost over with deciphering & translating the very long list of the game's graphics. Unfortunately the graphics editing team: Yuuyuun, bigcookie cannot start fully editing the *.arc files with their translations just yet cause there are some issues with the graphics not appearing 100% in the game as they should after the editing and these issues can only be ironed out after we get an img.bin injection tool. Hope I did not forget to mention anyone from the team, thank you guys for all your hard work!^___^

Great work keeping this project alive, glad to see all of the huge strides that are being made towards completing this project and can't wait to try it out! Also shout out to all the people that joined you along the way to keep it going and contribute their own unique skill sets to the pool.

shout out to all the people

Thank you MGDanon and in return I should point out about your own valuable contribution to this project, helping very early on with finding the solutions to all of our different hacking and patching method issues, your smart suggestions, in-depth researching and setting the grounds for all the file editing and testing of this project (not to mention putting up with my noobness), truly grateful for everything!^___^

Thank you very much to the the team. You are the best. When do you think to post a new patch for beta test?

When do you think to post a new patch for beta test?

We might ask people to sign up for additional private beta-testing if there are any more error concerns after we edit the *.trb/*.lmb/*.mdc files with their translation, anyone interested should keep an eye out here for any such future announcements.
