Hacking Parental Controls on Internet Browser

Hello!

So I am exploiting my friend's 3DS with Plailect's guide and I am at the part where I access the internet browser to install A9LH. One problem though, it asks me for a parental pin, which he didn't tell me about.

His 3DS is an o3DS non-xl.

Is there another way to install A9LH without an internet browser? If not, can I turn it off and ask him for the code tomorrow? IIRC, the o3DS is safe on 2.1. I just want to make sure.

Clicking "Forgot Pin" freezes the 3DS, sadly. Any other solutions?

I can't access the internet settings, either. It is protected by the controls, which reminds me that I didn't connect it to my Wi-Fi.

It is okay to format while the SD is out? Will it get rid of the parental controls?

If you unprotect your WiFi and name it attwifi the 3ds connects auto

My modem doesn't allow me to change the Wi-Fi name...I've checked before when I wanted to customize it a bit.

Is it okay to format the 3ds while the sd is out? Will that get rid of the controls?

When you format it ask about the pin, so use a access point with your phone if you can

My iphone doesn't allow it...

Ughhh, I'm screwed over until tomorrow, I guess, can I leave it off until I can ask him?

Installing A9LH on the 2nd 3DS right now! (My 6th 3DS that I have exploited.)
