If you need specific tools, honestly, you're probably going to have to code them yourself. I really hope you aren't just another person who walked in with an idea expecting everybody else to hop on top of it and do all of the actual work.

this project is bound to die quick. i see these kind of "yeah imma make a game, i need people tho" kind of threads, they usually never make it. dont wanna be mean but its kind of true. especially when its at 0% with no progress by the person first. there should be atleast SOMETHING to see first.

What experience do you have of coding games? Have you made anything before embarking on this very ambitous project? I know you don't want to spend money on a 3DS and it's a labour of love, but the amount of work you're going to need to do on this project, if you did as much in a paid job, would earn you enough money to buy a boatload of 3DS systems. Considering the amount of people you need to dedicate so much time and skill to the project, a professional version of which is in the pipeline anyway, I'm afraid you're going to stay at 0%. Unless you go the way of a lot of these projects and resort to making 'banners' and 'concept art' in photoshop, then you might get to 0.1%.

Also, It's Really Annoying To Read Stuff That's Typed Like This. Your Proposal Reads Like The World's Longest Film Title.
