Hacking PAL Super Smash Bros Brawl Save File

I hope I'm putting this in the right thread.

I'm having a get together tomorrow and want to play some Smash Bros Brawl with my friends and acquaintances. Now I've lost my save for Smash a few years back and didn't bat an eye then. Now however it's come back to bite me because I have no Smash save and I really don't want to spend today rushing and unlocking everything. So I was looking online for a 100% PAL unlock save game file. While I've stumbled on a few Data.bin none of them seem to work.

@ First I thought it might be because I was trying this on an unhacked Wii U but other savegames seem to work just fine (No More Heroes and Skyward Sword). So I tried multiple saves from http://www.wiisave.com but I've had no success so far with none of them even displaying as SSBB files and just having 9 blocks and a "?" mark. I've googled the results but everything I read tells me that it should work with no real problem.

- I'm on the Wii mode of my Wii U using the latest Firmware
- I'm using a normal 2 GB SD card
- Most Brawl files I tried are data.bin and are around 1.1 MB
- I'm using the "RSBP" Tag for the game.

Can anyone help or does anyone have a Everything unlocked save they can share?

in wiiflow and usbloadergx if you turn on the "ocarina" (cheats menu). and have your internet on you will be able to download cheats too have the game fully done/unlock all characters
