Hacking :P need help

So I kinda got hit with the ban hammer so I did some steps that were supposed to get me unbanned and they kinda worked here is whats happening.

1: It still gives me the error code on the friends list but I can still use it and I can see when friends login and it used to kick me out of the friends list after the error code

2: I can now enter the nnid settings something i could not do before and I get no error

3: I can kinda go online in games in smash it used to give me an error but now I still get the error but I can load in to the online menu just not play games

*Edit* Smash now only lets me see the online menu if i press a button i get removed from the online option

*Edit 2* now i cant see when friend login
