OwlBoy coming to (Nintendo)Switch

Owlboy, an Editor's Choice title, is an Indie game is coming to Nintendo Switch after its exclusive release on PC, will soon be releasing on the Switch.

The Nintendo Switch already has a few great indie games thanks to ports of Minecraft and The Binding of Isaac, but it’s about to get one more. Nintendo has revealed that indie gem Owlboy will come to its newest console, though it did so without a lot of fanfare. You’d think that Nintendo would want to shout about Owlboy, which was one of 2016’s best indie games, from the rooftops.

It's a nice announcement. But the timing is pretty strange...owlboy just so happens to be a part of a humble bundle. So potential owlboy lovers now have the chance to...

A) wait until it comes to the switch and (hopefully) out of Japan

B) get it (and the soundtrack) now for about 50% off on windows, mac and linux, get (more than) six extra games to go with it and have part of your purchase money to go to charity in the process.




Yeah...it was only a matter of time before it would end up on humble bundle, but you'd think D-pad studio would hold off the boat a bit until it was released on the platforms .
