Homebrew Out of order notifications from changing date

Is there a way now to edit the notification list on the 3DS? I really hate how unorganized my list looks and I don't want to delete my whole system.

As for reorganizing, no, not that I've seen around here.

There is an app called Purgification developed by Rinnegatamante which gets rid of any notifications you have, if that's what you mean.
