When you copy the first 200 offset from the O3DS header and paste into your 2.1 emunand are you clicking paste write? Also are you flashing that modified emunand to your sysnand?

I was just using Ctrl+V. What's the difference between insert and write? I am downgrading the sysNAND directly, extracting it with a hardmod, editing in on the PC, and re-writing it to the 3DS.

I'm assuming there's no problem with following the guide for old 3DS if your sysNAND and emuNAND are unlinked, because the emuNAND will be reformatted anyway. Is that correct?
(sorry if that's a dumb question i'm just extremely paranoid and want to make sure absolutely everything is fine)

I'd restart completely in case something was messed up.

2.1 will not support SDXC cards. There are 64gb SDHC compatible cards though.

That part is automated now, you should be good if you follow R2.

I think 9.2 would be better.. idk but just a guess..
