I'm a TX user but I hope today's the day for you Free bros
Dont get your Hope's up with atmosphere lolI wouldn't be surprised if the devs released something of minor importance today just to pull everyone's leg, and then a couple days later, BANG, EmuNAND finally released!
So, we come close to the end of the long-awaited 15th June...
My fellow modders, i dare say, victory is looking thin at this point.
The great creator has chosen another date it seems!
dude seriously, be patientSo, we come close to the end of the long-awaited 15th June...

With thanks to/collaboration with @m4xw and @CTCaer, support was added for redirecting NAND to the SD card (emummc).
- Please note, this support is very much beta/experimental.
- It is quite likely we have not identified all bugs -- those will be fixed as they are reported over the next few days/weeks.
- In addition, some niceties (e.g. having a separate Atmosphere folder per emummc instance) still need some thought put in before they can be implemented in a way that makes everyone happy.
- If you are not an advanced user, you may wish to think about waiting for the inevitable 0.9.1 bugfix update before using emummc as your default boot option.
- You may especially wish to consider waiting if you are using Atmosphere on a unit with the RCM bug patched.
dude seriously, be patient
here let me give you this link for you to see what date and time is it in western hemisphere https://www.timeanddate.com/time/map/ . it's still 6 in the morning in US pacific time

"Bump version to 0.9.0"
most likelyI saw that, does that mean 0.9.0 will be released soon?
so not Emutendo? The Nintendo contents directory can be redirected arbitrarily.
- By default, it will be redirected to emummc/Nintendo_XXXX, where XXXX is the hexadecimal representation of the emummc's ID.
- The current emummc ID may be selected by changing emummc!emummc_id in emummc.ini.
What’s difference with SX OS emunand
most likely
see my edit for the changelog. I'd say it almost ready
another interesting tidbits from the changelog
so not Emutendo?
I wonder if multi emunand will be immediately available on release, or it's just to prepare for future implementation of multi emunand
boot0 starts at bytes 1024, so hopefully the setup is as simple as that (and rename the Emutendo folder)It seems they have hidden partition working. I assume they don't mean formatted but rather written.
If so, written with boot0/1 first. So i don't need to delete my sx os hidden emunand. I just need to tell it to start form two bytes in, right?
As tx uses first two bytes to check for their "signature"
Really? Doesn't it start at byte 2? Boot1 starts at 8024 and then the nand after that. I know this because i have dumped the boot files and used them before to manually update emunand by flashing it as ofw (long story)boot0 starts at bytes 1024, so hopefully the setup is as simple as that (and rename the Emutendo folder)

Gotta keep the meme running SciresMSciresM said:> Merge + release currently expected near end-of-day pacific time.
I use SX OS and I hope this is the day for all of us! Just because they've been ahead doesn't mean they will be forever.I'm a TX user but I hope today's the day for you Free bros
Fist. Dont insult me.Hold up. Did you say that atmosphere users didn't want it?....
Nope I did not read that wrong.
You're a moron. The only reason why atmosphere has just now given support to it or started to is because they had different priorities, targeting on a replaceable module system and getting homebrew to more than just function. And then add emunand. We wanted it but understood it was not immediate priority for the team.
Logical fallacy. It's possible for two things that compete to exist at the exact same time. However something dies in the tech industry when it loses it's use or function to a competitor. Which in this case sxos is loosing it's dominance for emunand since they were for a time period a monopoly or unchallenged.
The "I'm trying to look smart so I'll say something that sounds smart so people believe me" cliché.
Did... did I just read that right? I'm I going insane?
Oh I read that right... unfucking believable. You sheer might of idiotic big brain power is going to make me collapse I swear.
I've think I've lost a couple brain cells. And more just trying to even explain how everything you said is incorrect or has no substance.
Hmm let's see possible applications of emunand... Oh I know one
NOT GETTING BANNED
And maybe making life a bit easier on the nand and not having to restore a nandbackup if you want to be safe. You know... Something I think is in... I don't know ,the common interest of this community? Since I don't know... MOST PEOPLE WORRY ABOUT IT.
And if your trying to imply that a argument that goes like
"Because atmosphere users don't use it since atmosphere doesn't provide it at the time, thus atmosphere users don't want it"
Which is a logical fallacy. Meaning it's just simply wrong.
