ROM Hack Open NDS file

Hi, i have a nds homebrew, it´s very old, and i can´t find the source code, so, there´s a way to open the .nds and see the code??

anyone can make this happen?

I very much doubt the source code would be packed into the rom (the only real chance here is if it is lua or one of the scripting languages which I doubt it is) leaving you with the traditional split it into components and play with (read disassemble) it. Good news is that the ndstool program used by many hackers started out/is a homebrew program and should work with it.

Secondly what homebrew- if it is a game I probably can not help but most applications have been remade as open source or have open source equivalents.
