I'm trying to open homebrew through OOT3DHAX from the yellows8 repository for old 3ds 9.4.0-21U and for New 3ds 11.1.0-34u I don't know which bin files to use to active OOT3DHAX.

http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ will tell you the names of the .bin files you need if you're doing the Powersaves method. (Find where you enter your firmware and click otherapp). That's not the actual file you need, but it's the actual filename.
