Online with NTSC game on Pal Wii.
Will this cause any problems?

Nope, I've got a Pal Wii and i've got an NTSC copy of Mario Kart Wii and it works fine while playing online.

safe as houses, all games work online from any region...but bear in mind that rockband/guitar hero games will NOT let you download extra tracks as you have a different region shop channel. they will, however, let you play online still.
