Hacking Old 3DS XL stuck on menu Home message

Hi.
I install CFW and change region from Japan to Europe for my o3DS LL. All work fine, except if I go to the Message menu and then push Home button on screen display message Home menu and console stuck. I can go in Rosaline menu by R+down+select?, i.e. console don't freeze, but does not want load Home menu from another menu.

Problem fixed. After changing the region you need to format the system.
