Yeah its definatly a video/image.
Also, I dont think many homebrew developers who have made an exploit on a new firmware will have loads of graphics. Usually just something like "Hello World" or a coloured screen.

    I used a vertical touch 22" monitor for playing some 3DS games through Citra.
