I've just gotten to the Forest Temple. In the first room, there's a locked door, and an event door. I have no keys and the switches are either behind doors or across pits. I'm sure you know the room. What do I do?
There's a yellow bomb-like thingie near the pit, throw it at the switch across it.
I encountered the problem as well, but I managed to figure it out. Before that I kept trying to jump across that gap lol.

When I solved it I realized how stupid I was.

Why did Nintendo insist of having so many microphone controls?
This hurts my face to play, especially with this huge ulcer on my lip.

I find the spirit flute most irritating, when I first started out I couldn't even play a tune properly. I also have an ucler btw.

i hate it too, i have breathing problems and i get worn out trying to blow my ds

Strange. You're all saying how the graphics are worse than Phantom Hourglass, there's lag, the spirit flute sucks, and the controls are unresponsive and erratic. Maybe I'm just tollerant, but I haven't noticed any of this at all. The graphics look the same to me (Maybe I'll compair later) I haven't noticed any lag while proforming any actions, the spirit flute, while sometimes leaving me out of beath, works fine and the controls seem at least as good as PH. Am I missing something?

i`m now on the Road to ocean realm
but i cannot go over the bridge first i must go to Trading post and now i`m looking for the Regal Ring but i cannot find it do some one know where the Ring is?
PS.i`ll already Defeated the Forest realm and Snow realm.

For people running out of breath with the Spirit Flute, you don't need to hold any of the notes. Just use a short blow on each note for whatever song you're using, and the song will work.

As for the graphics, coming from someone who just played PH, ST's graphics are a bit cleaner. No major improvements to the 3-D so far, but its to be expected since PH and ST are made from the same engine.

If there's anything I've noticed from a few years of playing on different flashcarts and retail carts, is that some cards, like the Acekard 2i do not play games as smoothly as say, a CycloDS or an original R4.
You may experience minor slowdown or delayed loading times, but otherwise gameplay should be uneffected and satisfactory.
Last I tried the M3i Zero, it couldn't even handle video in MMBN5DS smoothly, and that was an early release...

It really depends on what type Micro SD you're using. I use an Acekard 2.1, but most of the games I play run well. (saving/loading time is sometimes cut in half) Which is due to the fact that I use a class 6 SDHC.

Class 4-6 SDs generally run much faster than lower classes.

Hey guys,

I'm at the Ocean Temple. (Water temple. I think, since the Tracks where under water when entering the temple.)

So, I exactly at the rolling ball part and pearl(black purple ball) switch.
If you hit the switch the ground will close at one part, and at the other part it will open.

But I really don't know what to do there. 0_o

Can you guys tell me what to do over there? Thanks guys!

Hit the switch on the top floor from around the corner with the boomerang and then go downstairs to where the other rocks were rolling. You should be able to cross now.

I, myself, am having trouble finding the ice to take to the Goron Village.

this is a very good game, I played it for almost 6 hours straight then went to bed. kinda laggy though

Is the Spirit Flute part not working for anybody else? I'll line up the note and blow into the mic, but it seems totally sketchy in deciding whether or not a note is being played, even if I blow really hard into the mic. At first I thought maybe my mic was broken, but I just tested it with Electroplankton and it worked fine there...anybody know what's going on?

thirdly the controls are horribly un-responcive. they work... just. but everytime you pick an action there is a noteworthy lag it simply does not feel smooth add that with the graphics looking worse and if you've played phantom hourglass as i have with its good control feel you'll realise just how bad this is

The controls have been incredibly responsive for me, and I've been playing it on a cart for a few hours. Are you playing this on an emulator, or a flashcart? Because this game does have a lot of lag in it when you're playing it on an emu.

Im using a real original R4 with 1.18

For ice first go to Anouki village and talk to the guy standing in front of a large body of water and he'll complain about not being able to make ice or something. Then offer him a lift and go to Wellspring station and he'll make ice for u there.
