Nope^^ It does not depends on which Pokemon you put to sleep. It depends on the amount of dream world points that you have^^

By playing games and watering your and your friends' garden.

Dream Points are accumulated in the following methods.
Points Method
1 Point: Trade items with your friend
10 Points: Water your friend's Berries
10 Points: Harvest Berries
10-30 Points: Complete mini-games in the Dream Isle
50 Points: Send Pokémon found in the Dream World to your main game

is it just me or does anyone else think the mini games are annoying and a waste of time.

is it just me or does anyone else think the mini games are annoying and a waste of time.
i want mah dream world abilitys now

They were fun at the beginning but as you have to do them all over again, they get sometimes a bit repetitive. But fortunately some of them are short and fun everytime, like trying to have a better ice cream tower.
