Hacking O3DS that is homebrewed transfer all games onto a N3DS

so I have had my homebrewed 3ds for awhile and I want to get a n3ds and yeah I know its way too late but I want it for games that I cant play on the o3ds. but anyway I have a terraria save that I legit bought and I want to transfer that onto a new 3ds. and I don't know how to do that without possibly getting banned or losing all of my progress I have spent years on. does anyone know how to do that?

Backup your saves with Checkpoint and/or JKSM from time to time and store the decrypted copies on your computer as well.
SDs can go bad for no reason from one moment to another. The result is usually:

[…] losing all of my progress I have spent years on.[…]

That is not even related to your question of migrating to another console. This should be done regularly (but especially before System Transfer). If everything goes normal the save will simply work after the transfer. But better safe than sorry.
