Homebrew NZP for 3DS

So I know that the quake mod Nazi Zombies Portable was produced and developed for the PSP using the quake engine. Would it be possible to also port it to the 3DS? I would absolutely love it if I got to see a portable version of Nazi zombies especially now Quake 2 got ported over (if that has any correlation)
