ROM Hack NW4C Help

As the title says,
I'm currently trying to install NW4C to 3ds Max (2016)
But whenever I click NW4C Export. It says "~~Unknown property: "utils" in undefined"
I followed this Tutorial. And yes, I know it's for Maya but that was the only one that I could find


EDIT: Turns out I forgot to place the NW4C plugin folder into the 3DS Max plugin Folder

Maya isn't installing for some reason.
And I know other people have got it to work with 3DS Max before
