I didn't fond any tutorial, here in gbatemp, on how to downgrade the 3ds browser.
It would be nice if someone do this tutorial here.

@ivonov2002 Any luck with locating any 5.0 codes yet? I've been searching for @ least an updated 'Tickets' code via; search engines, NTR w/ NTRDebuggerTool, luma's ActionReplay NTR (CTRPF), & IDA Pro. All of the prior codes I found online were all for version 4.0 & lower. As far as I know, the 'meet.dat' files are now multiple meet.dat files labeled as such (extracted via 'Checkpoint' as of 03/18/19); meet_u000.dat, meet_u001.dat, meet_ext0.dat, & meet_ext1.dat. I'm still working on finding a 'Tickets' code @ the current point in time. Also, I've tried using marcabledo's online (and offline) Mii Plaza save editor, but no luck. The CLOSEST I came to success was editing a few things in marcabledo's offline version of the editor (filesize & anyway to get the file to read). It then let me load x1 meet_u00x.dat file @ a time, but you then had to apply the SAME changes to MULTIPLE files. That's all I got for now though. I hope some of this info helps.
