At least that what it seems by comparing the code for both region.

confirming drunk driving on racing not menu it make the kart not stop lol dont enable on character screen.

im online using gateshark code client to do item cycler xd hackzzz

I downloaded EUR and item cycler still doesn't work on any versions of MK7 that I have (rev0, rev1, EUR rev0)

I don't understand it did worked for me...

I'll do more test, maybe it was all a luck...

My config:
N3DS SysUpdated 11, MK7 EUR last update (cia from that iso site). :/
