just want to know if it is working in this 3.0 version?
if yes, is there any detailed tutorial on how to do it on system nand? thanks

Still works and for sysnand you run bootntr.cia out of whatever sysnand cfw you roll with.

Though nowadays there's cias that run such patches for you without an intermediary computer, and unless you really need subverting specific, you probably don't need to do it this way.
(In sunny case, I don't remember the specific debugger command)

I have use quite a few cheat plugins from speedfly.cn with EUR CIAS with success on a new 3ds XL in gateway mode + ntr. Well done ntr dev. We should start a thread for cheat plugins and layeredFS patches. Would love to get my hands on some layeredFS translations
