I need some help about these files.....I found them in Yu-Gi-OH! World Championship 2008 game...I managed to extract them from .pac archive using Crystal Tile 2...so if anyone knows any software that can read these files, I would really appreciate it....
thanks in advance....

Can you share how to extract images from files with those formats if you figured it out? I'm stuck at this part when trying to extract card textures.

I have not. For some binaries, I used to use Cygnus Hex Editor... So I edited text in there. Everything is text like in this app.

I'm able to get somewhat of a visualization of the card images in the largest bin file using this tool:
https://github.com/bbbradsmith/binxelview/releases/tag/1.5.0.0

Attached is a picture of what it looks like, after selecting the ARGB1555 preset and enabling "Chunky" packing. Hope this help anyone interested in reverse engineering this as it's beyond me.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
