Hey Everyone,

There is a ton of terminology thrown around and when I've tried to do some searched sometimes what I am reading can't be correlated to what I've done. So I am asking for a point of clarification.
BTW, I have an old switch, but I've never messed with it. But, I recently bought a new one so that I can.

I followed this guide exclusively: switch.homebrew.guide (can't use links, I'm too new)

What I did, in a nutshell:

* Tested RCM
* Used fusee-gelee, and grabbed SDsetup, used "recommended"
* Backed up my NAND and BIS Keys
* Blocked Updates and Telemetry through DNS
* created an emuMMC
* Installed sigpatches for 13.2.

Now, I've successfully installed some NSPs. But I'm trying to figure out how to launch them with little ban risk as possible.

But, since I am new.. I'm not 100% sure of the purpose of what I have done or how to go into usability mode between CFW and stock, etc.

Appreciate it!

Keep the emunand offline, best delete the internet connection on there, but if you need the local network, the blocking all nintendo servers also works, and use the nsps there. There is no way to use nsps/xcis for playing online without getting banned.
Use the sysnand to go online for normal games you bought, wither with CFW or without cfw, depending on the level of confort you want. CFW in sysnand would allow rebooting to emunand without needing to reinject the cfw directly from an overlay/homebrew, and if nothing problematic (like nsps/xcis) is done on the sysnand, its also relatively safe to use CFW on it while going online.
