Hacking NPBrowser (1.4.3) on Mac freezing issue Help?

hi all,

I have a problem with NPBrowser (1.4.3) on Mac that freezes and quits the program when you try to download something,
it didn't do this before, only recently, any fix for this?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
