The project is dead I got confirmation through email on modchipz

How so? There was an update not too long ago,

Latest update was posted on April 20th, just a couple of weeks ago or so https://github.com/Extrems/Not64/releases Unless you can provide the email or a screenshot in question from Extrems himself, the project is alive. Until that happens, rumors are rumors.

Edit: Well my face red

He was joking dude xD
Modchipz is anything but a legit source for news, much less Not64 or anything Douche-Forever related :P

man why is this .dol like a 3rd the size as the last one? that seems crazy. was the code just optimized and cleaned up that much?? or were things removed. Also does this version save settings and savestates/savefiles??? savestate appeared to work, but not the normal save. and it didnt seem to remember my folder locations.

Thanks a lot! Well I would preferto see the health bars :rofl2: but oh well.

EDIT: If anyone can test Aydin Chronicles and see if it doesnt crash when you pause, I will be very grateful!

Aidyn Chronicles
Region:
21px-Flag_of_USA.png

Version: Not64 20150205
Plays fine. Some tiny texture errors on the chars.

actually savestate doesnt work either, i thought it did, but it doesnt. i cant get saving of any kind to work... does it work for anyone else? i just wanna know if saving is implemented or if im doing something wrong.

Does this fix the inverted textures in Rocket: Robot on Wheels? (half the textures or so were inverted colors)
Edit: after testing, the game seems to run flawlessly!

they need to use the new code from mupen64 ++ itll make this so much easier on them.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

also why no framebuffer emulation?
can the wii not handle it right?

Provided there is still interest in the emulator, all up to Extrems right now.

Has anyone tried using a N64 controller on Not64? According to a post here the Raphnet GameCube to N64 controller adapter does not work. https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii64-not64-compatability-with-n64-gcn-adapters.384395/

They also offer a wiimote to N64 adapter. Has anyone tried this? http://www.raphnet-tech.com/products/n64_to_wiimote/index.php or any other methods to get a N64 controller on Not64?

Thanks.

I just ordered the n64 to wiimote adapter and it works great on latest not64!!
