I can comfirm the Raphnet GC to N64 adapter isn't working in the last Not64 versions. It's a shame cause it's a huge bonus. We should ask Extrems maybe.
However, the last working version for this adapter is the 20130408 release : https://github.com/Extrems/Not64/releases
Thanks for the confirmation. It would surely be nice to have that added to Not64.

Not64 supports classic controllers, right? Would the wiimote to N64 adapter found here work? http://www.raphnet-tech.com/products/n64_to_wiimote/index.php

May be an option??

Edit: Classic controllers are recognized, but can't be properly configured, so that rules out the wiimote adapter.

Hey guys I come here with a dumb question. So, how do I return to the Not64 menu when playing a game? On the Wii, I had to press the restart button on the console. The problem is, I'm using a Wii U now and it has no restart button.

Looks like that adapter should work with VC N64 games. I think I will get one for that and hope that @Extrems adds support to Not64.

Has anyone tried the Classic Linker? Does it work with Not64? I assume it will for VC games. http://www.hkems.com/product/nintendo/0908.htm

Edit: Looks like by default the classic linker incorrectly maps the Z button. I ordered the raphnet adapter for use with VC now and hopefully not64 at some point.

Guys, can anybody help me with setting not64? I went to the OP over at GC forever and downloaded the *only*? zip file available. Which is this version: <version>2015-02-05</version>
Is there a "newer" one? Somewhere?
And, also in the zip file there are 2 dol files. one is inside the apps/not64 folder and the other one is in the root folder. What do I do? Are they different from one another? Are those the same? Is one of them for GC and the other for Wii? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Happy holidays!

Obviously the one in the apps folder is the one you need for your wii. That's all, loading the emu and setting it up is pretty straightfoward, a la WiiSX.

thanks. SO whats the purpose of that second dol? Alternate compatibility or something?

Confirmed with my N64 to GCN adapter from Raphnet. It does not work.

Can I install 20130408 alongside the latest? Maybe a different folder in apps?

Edit: Got 20130408 working along side the latest version. Nice being able to use a N64 controller (not that they are better then the GC, just more for nostalgia).

Hopefully if Extrems gets back to working on Not64 he can bring back compatibility for controllers like there is in 20130408.
