The hack is a hack of Super Mario 64 to create Banjo Kazooie assets, it is NOT a Bajo Kazooie ROM hack.@nakata6790 Banjo-Tooie hack is working well and the original game not?

That is pretty much my whole point.Because Emukidid is lazy and he pretty much gave up on the Wii scene.
But even the President has spare time to go golfing.![]()
Let's be honest, he's a great developer. If he doesn't want to devote his entire life to emulators, it's his problem, it's not like he is being paid to update them. He has every right to be on and off the tiresome scene, specially when people only ask for free things out of his time.Because Emukidid is lazy and he pretty much gave up on the Wii scene.

No, that's true, but he shouldn't have teased that video and just released it out of the blue instead of giving false hope.Let's be honest, he's a great developer. Not to be controversial, just saying.

yes not64 runs on vwii just like every wii homebrew, banjo kazooie runs with some minor slowdowns and some textures glitches, banjo tooie has some agressive slowdowns tough and glover works fine if i recall.Hi sorry I have a few questions which i am unable to find the answers for.
1. Is it currently possible to run Not64 on vWii and have games like Banjo-Kajooie, Banjo Tooie, and Glover work? (I don't care about the rest as I've been able to purchase them from the eShop).
2. What controllers work? Is it potentially compatible with those $15 USB N64 controller clones on eBay? (I have to wait for mine to come in the mail to see if it uses a standard like xinput without the need for an emulation driver)
3. Where are the ROMS saved? ( based on Nintendont methodology I'm guessing something like SD:/games/Banjo-Kajooie/game.n64
4. Can it be integrated into loaders like Configurable USB Loader so that one can just click on the game in CFG and it will launch through Not64? (I'm guessing that has to be asked on the loader thread)

I was asking about the ROMS, not the saves. Most Wiibrew are very picky about how their roms/files are and how they are formatted, like SD:/Super Mario Sunshine.gcm wont work but SD:/games/Super Mario Sunshine/game.iso does.yes not64 runs on vwii just like every wii homebrew, banjo kazooie runs with some minor slowdowns and some textures glitches, banjo tooie has some agressive slowdowns tough and glover works fine if i recall.
2-On vwii its just Classic controller, classic controller pro and wiimote+nunchuck altough for some games it isnt recomended due to button awkwardness, it also supports gc controllers but only on original wiis with gc ports.
No usb controller will work since not64 has no HID code so no n64 usb controllers no wiiu gc adapter, no ps3 controllers and such.
saves is made automatic on sd or usb on not64/saves or something like that its made automatic so no need to know where lol.
4- no idea on this one, tbh i dont know if the wii64 pluggins work for not64 i never tryed it.
oh that i think its nust sd/usb:not64/roms/anyname.z64I was asking about the ROMS, not the saves. Most Wiibrew are very picky about how their roms/files are and how they are formatted, like SD:/Super Mario Sunshine.gcm wont work but SD:/games/Super Mario Sunshine/game.iso does.
God forbid they release thingsThank god someone called him out on his BS. I stopped posting here because I thought people here was insane following this guy. He's got to be easiest the most annoying freeloader on this site. He ran out the Retroarch guy (who was a d!ck anyways) now he's doing it again. How many lessons must he learn before he listens????
Agreed, but these methods aren't going to make progress any faster.God forbid they release things
They could at least just release the source code. It won't kill them.
Making other people able to contribute would make progress faster.Agreed, but these methods aren't going to make progress any faster.

the thing with wii64 is the source code was never released, becuase if it was on github for sure some other devs would have picked it up by now.
because God forbids that someone else picks it up.Which hasn't happened, why, I don't know.
