NoPayStation does not appear after installing it in VitaShell.

Hello, I'm new to the PS Vita modding scene and am having some issues. I'm trying to download the NoPayStation vpk file onto my Vita through the VitaShell application. I tried via USB and FTP, but despite the VitaShell claiming that the installation was 100% complete, no NoPayStation application appears on my homescreen. I donloaded the file from GitHub and the size is 1.41MB, does that sound normal?

There is no such thing as NPS VPK. NPS it the online database/website.

Oh I think I may have been accidentally trying to install the wrong file which seems to be the PKGJ app. I believe I used this link that I found from this reddit thread.
