Question - From personal experience can anyone recommend a nice 300gb+ usb drive that would work great with the USB Loader?

i looked through a compatibility list but id like a recommendation from someone who has used a drive and not just tested it 1 or 2 times.

My Wii is 3.2U
I was on 3.1U but I've done the FIX and used the cIOS and IOS Downgrader/upgrader
I'm using the djtaz_gammaloader.wad with back up loader
Problem:
I recently hacked my wii Twilight hack and
i burned some games i got off torrents.. like this one(that used to be here sorry!!! ) with Nero, Img burn and iso burn., when i put the games in and upload them they play except the screen flashes up n down... ive tryed different games and burning different programs and speeds can anyone help me? I am burning to TDK DVD-R Do you think it could be my Burner? using philips dvd w/ lightscribe. but im not lightscribing on disk.

your game is PAL so tried forcing your region (USA)? turn it on in the settings

but not with burning games and playing them hint hint..

Using UniiLoader.
Loaded PAL version of THOTDverkill.
Patched to NTSC, flashes like hell.
After I can, I press the Home button, game plays fine-
Yet there's one little patch of screen I can't see at the bottom, everything seems magnified.

Is there any way to fix this? There's no in-game screen configurations.

Could someone help me please, I've left these questions but havent had any answers yet.

My own Wii is on fw 3.1E, I'm trying to get it to 3.2E and I've been told to use cios updater/downgrader, this is where I get stuck, I dont know what or where it is, Ive been told its on the homebrew channel, but its not I've been through it all with a finetooth comb.

My friends Wii is on fw 3.3E and it plays wii games fine but GC games try to boot - but then the console resets back to the main nintendo menu.

I softmodded both consoles with this > Wii Softmodding for Dummies v3.0.zip

i've tested a used a seagate free agent 500GB drive. worked good for me...good luck.

can you only play pal vc and wiiware wads/games on a pal sofmodded wii? is there not a way to play ntsc wiiware games on a pal wii?

My MGS:TTS multigame iso doesnt work. I can't get passed the Konami logo at the very beginning for both disc 1 and 2. Is this a common problem? How do I fix it? I'm using GCN Backup launcher 2.0.

That also happened to me, try loading both discs (press Z on disc two and B on disc one, make sure you press B and not A). That worked for me.

Thanks for the reply but for some reason, my GCN launcher doesn't boot MGS by pressing B. It only allows me to boot MGS with all the buttons but that one. All of my other games work can be booted with the B button (though they are not multigame isos...). So is there a reason why I can't press the B button?

dunno. You can try installing the newest cIOS and make sure you're using the 2.0 GC loader and not 0.1 Xi.

On the Mii Channel I deleted all the old users Mii's but when i go to wii creator option i still see the old users creators name any way to get rid of it?

because the only way to free up space is by moving games to the sd card so the ONLY solution is to buy a bigger sd card and move everything there

arent there other ways like removing unwanted default channels?
