Not even a PC can get 100% emulation and it takes somehorse power that the Vita could not handle. Even a PS2 emulator would be out the question, which everyone expects to see.

Tbh, I havent seen it. Last time I used a DC emulator was NullDC years ago on a PC and was comparing technical restraints based off that, yet I tend not to use emulators, as I have own all the original hardware, so tend to not follow any newer progress in the emulation scene.

Tbh, I havent seen it. Last time I used a DC emulator was NullDC years ago on a PC and was comparing technical restraints based off that, yet I tend not to use emulators, as I have own all the original hardware, so tend to not follow any newer progress in the emulation scene.

As a feat of engineering reicast is very impressive on how much it can achieve with so little which is why I'd pay good money for a vita optimized port as it could run so well and once you throw those super vivid games and oled into the mix it's a winning combo.

Portable dreamcast would make the vita the ultimate portable for me.

No need to get too excited if it's just the "disclosure" rather than an actual release.

Also, based on previous work like TN-V/Adrenaline etc I doubt it will be an emulator or 3.61 stuff. Probably a new app of some kind, which is far more interesting anyway.
