Hacking no venerable ISO bootmii

hope some one can help my friend updated his wii to 4.2 from 4.1 using nintendo and lost all of his hacks home brew preloader and coscorp i was told by some one hear that if i just use the hack any wii 4.2 guide and start again all would be good as the 4.2 update would of made my wii a virgin but this is not true when i insert sd card to load boot.dol the hacmii installer comes up to reinstall home brew and dvdx its has a warning venerable ios installed and all i can do is exit any ideas to get round this problem

I would imagine tht nothing would come up for "venerable ISO". Although it is one of the funnier misspellings.
