Hacking No method ever to install from USB works for me

Struggling to try to use the usb cable to install apps and stuff. So far:

tried goldleaf\goldtree. goldtree doesn't recognize the device

tried tinfoil. same as above.

tried tinfoil in conjuction with nsusbloader. only the NET way of transfer works

tried nsusbloader with goldleaf. same error

to be noted that the device is recognized by my pc. i can even transfer files in the folders using NXMTP, and zadig recognize it and installed the driver correctly

Any app that requires usb for isntalling just won't work

Have you tried DZ Tinfoil or Lithium?

Try another usb port or usb cable. Usually this kind of problem is cable related and change the cable solve the problem

I had problems with usb install using a specific usb cable, so I stand by that. Try different usb cables, ports and devices if possible

I use Goldtree and it works flawlessly for me.
Follow this guide and re-install the drivers.
Try it with another USB C cable it might work.

The latest goldleaf (0.7) doesn't work with my ns-usbloader (0.6) either.
The 0.6 goldleaf works fine.
Tinfoil always worked.

the latest tinfoil 0.7 (what I'm currently using) only works with goldtree, at least for now

Have you tried Fluffy?

It has worked for just about anyone I ever suggested it too with classic tinfoil.

personally using ns-usbloader + tinfoil 0.2.1. work wonders for me.

Real tinfoil (specifically this build) and ns-usbloader have been 100% reliable for me. IDK about Windows driver issues tho.
