Nintendo switch usb not detected by windows

im having a nightmare trying to get my pc to detect the switch via usb

tinfoil, dbi and goldleaf all have the same issue where it cant see the switch

i believe ive installed the required drivers, zadig doesnt see it and using nut.exe also has the same results

im trying to install a .xci file via usb

can anyone help?

Are you using these apps in Applet Mode or Full Mem after loading a game?

im sorry pretty new to this, im confused

im running the apps through the album, i wasnt aware of running them in modes....

Have now ran in full memory mod still doesnt detect.......

could you explain what im supposed to be doing

tried multiples cables but i cant get the switch to detect the usb, but they are fine when using usb tools in Hekate

look for your switch in your device manager, manually update driver to MTP USB.
likely it will solve it.
