I can't get any loaders to even recognize that there is a disk in my Wii. GeckoOS 1.9.2 says "There is no DVD." Backup Launcher Gamma 0.3 returns a 324 error. Softchip R99 says "Please insert a disk." I burned the same game twice, once on 8x and once on 2x. Neither works.

The only thing I can think of is that I'm using DVD-RW (only DVD media I have). Are there any other explanations? Any help?

Rewritable discs are giant no-nos when burning games.

The best I can recommend is to buy some DVD-Rs. (Verbatim is recommended by many. I have no issues with Memorex.)

That's what I figured, but I can't go get some DVD-Rs until sometime next week. I made this topic in hopes of there being some other cause for the errors.
