Homebrew No$GBA footer not found

It looks like fwtools is not creating the NO$GBA Footer (1st Image)

When putting the nand in hiyacfw, click start and select an output folder, it shows this error (2nd Image)

Yeah, it is creating the space for it, but not actually writing the data it's supposed to have...

If you know your CID and ConsoleID (which should be displayed in fwtool) you can create it manually, according to no$gba's instructions

Though of course it would be interesting to know the actual cause...
