Homebrew No blocks on Hiya CFW DSi

I have Hiya CFW now, but I can't redownload any of my old Dsiware because it says I have 0 blocks, and sure enough in settings I have 0 blocks. But this is only in Hiya CFW. If I go back to the OG Dsi menu I have 850 blocks. How can I get DSi ware?

You have to use this program to install DSi ware. Doesn't work with .cia files.

TMFH is outdated. NTM should be used instead, and supports installing to SDNAND as well: https://github.com/Epicpkmn11/NTM/releases
