Got my Gateway recently, formatted emuNAND to seperate them, and started installing .CIA games.
But I want to download some free apps from the eShop (Youtube and such), would logging in with my NNID delete all .CIA games? Do I need to first login with NNID and then install .CIA?

Eshop will not delete cia. DLC is the issue.
