I completed the game using Nintendont and never experienced freezes during the battle against Gray Fox so no problems here. There is a minor bug though,it happens right when you launch the game , it asks you if you want progressive mode "yes/no" and the controller doesnt respond. You have to wait for it to automatically select it.

When I try launching a Gamecube game through Nintendont and Wiiflow, I keep getting a Stack dump crash and it restarts system in vWii mode. I have the directory structure correct on my USB WD HDD. Anyone else experience this and/or know a fix? Thoughts appreciated :)

wii or wiiu?

I was able to get it working partially, controller is supposed to be plugged into bottom rear usb port on wii u. I got it to the Nintendont boot screen, but it freezes on "Checking FS"... It is through Wiiflow and Nintendont Loader v2.161

well controller can be anywhere if your using nintendont 352(latest) instead of an old version.

i personaly use hdd both back ports and usb controllers on front, but i dont use wiiflwo i use nintendont directly from the homebrew channel tough.

If you use nintendont directly, how do you select game?

Is fancy images gonna be added in some point or stuck with list?
In the official Nintendont version there will never be fancy images or Box art as it was never designed to be anything more than just a way to load GameCube games. If you want fancy box art you should use one of the numerous Game Loaders like WiiFlow or USB Loader GX.

In fact the background image currently there was never supposed to be there. The person who added it was criticized for added it to the source code.

Try this http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/GCMUtility

Though some games might have problems that's why full size is best

Hello.
I have a Wii with GCports.
I have two USBHDDS with powerswitch connected to the rearports of my Wii.
The lower port for CfgUSBLoader-Wiigames and
the upper port for Nintendont-Gamcubegames.

Is there a softwaresided way to also load those Gamecubegames from the upper port with Nintendont via CfgUSBLoader?

nintendont only supports one drive connected at a time so while there is a way to make cfg load nintendont to load gc games you would need cfg on SD or on the same drive as nintendont and the GC games.
